Unfitted trusted KÖZŌ with production for their summer drop.
The goal was to launch 6 products, from the very first decision to the final piece, making sure every choice matched the brand's vision and direction.
Fabrics, techniques and timeline were all planned around one deadline: getting the collection out for summer.
Pieces, fabrics, designs and embellishments were all decided together.
We worked closely with the brand from day one, defining the whole collection together, step by step.
Tech packs, sourcing and sample control followed, staying close to every step of production, from brand labels to lab dips to strike offs, checking every detail before it moved forward.
We were at a point where we knew exactly what we wanted, but we didn't know how to communicate it. What changed the future of Unfitted the most was really the positioning — both of the brand and of us as founders.
