POP-UP ACTIVATION
STRATEGY & DIRECTION

Viktor Van Damme trusted KÖZŌ with the brand strategy and direction behind the Sanctuary activation, the brand's first physical presence in Antwerp.

The goal was to turn a concept-led Maison into something people could walk into, feel, and buy.

Brand positioning, content strategy, and full pop-up experience for the brand’s first physical presence in Antwerp.

We worked session by session with Viktor to build the full activation from the ground up.

Brand positioning, content strategy, drop planning, website restructuring, and Sanctuary logistics were all addressed together - aligning the physical space with the brand's existing visual language.

The space itself was built with intention: ceiling suspension, archive wall, denim couch, garments displayed as objects. A private evening for confirmed guests preceded the public pop-up, structured to create a brand universe from the first hour.

Viktor Van Damme Maison was already built around a clear philosophy: presence, craft, and intentional design.

Our role was to give that philosophy a physical address and a structure that could turn the right audience into customers.

Strategy, space, and brand identity aligned in one activation.
